Live builds
24 builds
Working products and real client work.
NJ Small Business Playbook
A free directory of grants, loans, tools and programs for New Jersey small businesses. Each listing links to the page it came from.
Light Sound Colors
A browser instrument for music and visuals, with camera motion play and hands-free eye control from an ordinary webcam. The camera and microphone are optional and stay on your device. It shows flashing lights and moving patterns: read its health and safety notice first. Children only with adult supervision.
Silk City Synthesis
A build-from-scratch walkthrough of the Great Falls hydroelectric plant. Educational geometry, not live telemetry.
Infrastructure Campus
Walk a concept facility in 3D: the fountain court, the technical lab, the equipment room and the data hall.
Omerica Network Workbench
A learning simulation of a home network build for use with Raspberry Pi: see every part, spin it, then build one piece at a time. Not verified on physical hardware. Raspberry Pi is a trademark of Raspberry Pi Ltd.
Omer's Skate and Surf
A skate and surf game you play in the browser: pick a rider, find a line through the street spots, learn the flatground tricks, then surf the open ocean. It is a video game: real skating and surfing can cause serious injury, so do not copy the tricks you see. It is a big download (up to about 33 MB if you visit every park and wave), so use Wi-Fi on a phone.
OmDriving
A driving game you play in the browser: let it cruise for you across imagined bridges, or take the wheel on a street route built from a 3D city model and race three cars to the falls. It is a video game and a playable prototype: racing and speeding on real roads are against the law and can kill, so do not copy what you see, and never play while you drive. It is a big download (about 20 MB), so use Wi-Fi on a phone.
SpinStacks
Press one button and get a complete business idea: a pain point, a buyer and ten open-source tools paired into a plan. Free and AI-assisted, for adults, for inspiration and not advice.
Thrive · EcoQuest NJ
A civic game where your New Jersey city is the patient. Log real actions to lift five vital signs, and send a ready-made ask to the office that owns each problem. AI-assisted and informational, not advice. If you send a report, your name, town, the problem and its location are shown on a public board. Not affiliated with any agency or with other products called EcoQuest.
Omerica Bridge Repair Lab
See an example bridge repair in 3D, stage by stage, beside 6,825 public FHWA bridge records for New Jersey and plain cost scenarios. A teaching prototype, not engineering advice. Not affiliated with NJDOT or FHWA.
Private AI
Compare owning your AI hardware, renting it, or mixing the two, then walk the floor of a private setup in 3D.
Omerica Movement
A live posture and form lab. Your camera video is processed in your browser, not recorded or uploaded. A wellness tool, not a medical device.
Omerica Posture
A posture tool in your browser, with live camera mode, calibration, posture scoring and gentle nudges. Camera video is processed in your browser; the pose model is downloaded from Google and jsDelivr when you start. A wellness tool, not a medical device.
Door Camera Time Clock
A door camera that keeps the time sheet. Faces are matched in your browser by an AI model and nothing is uploaded, and a person confirms any shift the camera did not see end. Face templates are biometric data: the faces you enrol stay in that browser until you clear them. For adults. A demonstration with made-up staff, not a product cleared for workplace use; hours shown are estimates, not wage, tax or legal advice.
3D Sheep & Beef Cuts
Turn the animal in 3D, see where each retail cut comes from, and work out cost and profit from the hanging weight. The figures are examples.
The Flipper & Assembly Guide
A camera-driven coin sorter you can run as a live simulation, with a step-by-step 3D guide to building it.
Omerica Atlas & Decision Simulators
An interactive regional climate atlas with 3D terrain, plus three concept scenarios for a site decision. Source-cited, not surveyed engineering output.
Private Local LLM Plan
A written plan for running a private AI model safely, drawn up for a sample organization: what it may read, who may use it, and what stays off limits.
Omerica Car Service
A chauffeured car service presents its fleet and services, and riders can ask for a car from any page.
Book of Eid
A meditative illustrated companion for Eid al-Adha, for anyone curious about the holiday and the faith behind it.
Butcher Shop Digital Twin
A 3D model of a real, working butcher shop: the counter, the cutting floor and the walk-in cooler, seen with the roof off or walked at eye level. Pictures only: the working twin is not published here.
Livestock Yield Estimator
Estimates dressing percentage and hanging weight from a photo and a live weight. Screenshots only: the working app is private.
Obscura Document Redaction
A redaction tool in development. It flags common sensitive details in a document, such as card numbers and contact details, and blacks them out for you to review before sharing. Automated detection can miss things. Preview only, not yet released.
Client builds use changed names and sample data to protect privacy.
Business operations
13 builds
The systems I build for small businesses. Each one has a demo running on example data.
Operations Dashboard
Your sales, jobs, labor cost, and unpaid invoices on one screen, pulled from your own data and updated without anyone retyping it.
CRM & Customer Database
Every customer, lead, and job in one place, with follow-up reminders on open quotes.
Booking & Scheduling
Customers book and pay online and get a text reminder the day before.
Invoicing & Ledger
See what makes money and what is owed at a glance: revenue, expenses, open invoices and who is past due.
Inventory & Orders
Stock counts, low-stock alerts, and a reorder sheet for anything below the par you set.
Payroll & Team Ops
Hours, tips, and schedules roll into a clean payroll-prep sheet your provider can run. (Tooling, not a payroll or tax service.)
Operations Hub
Your SOPs, vendors, prices, and checklists in one place, so a new hire looks it up instead of asking you.
Automations & Workflows
Alerts, follow-ups, reminders, and spreadsheet cleanup that run on a trigger or a schedule you set.
Client Portal & Intake
Clients get one clean login for requests, documents, status, and payments.
Custom Quote Tool
A quote calculator that prices a job in seconds, built around how you already work.
Basic Website
A clean, mobile-ready website with your services, work photos, and a contact form, built from the content you send me.
Prospect Outreach Kit
A researched, scored and scripted brief for each business you want to reach, so the first call starts from facts.
Private AI Assistant
An AI assistant that reads your own files, answers from them, and drafts replies for you to check. Your files stay on hardware you control.
Auction Price Predictor
A sample of bid-day decision support for a livestock buyer: an estimated price range for each lot from market and sale variables. Sample data; estimates are not guarantees or financial advice.

Scope & build plan
How a build starts
Before any custom build, I turn a rough problem into a written scope, so you know what you are getting, what it costs, and where it ends.
- Start from the real bottleneck: what is manual, slow, scattered, or breaking.
- Map the build that fixes it.
- Agree on a written scope up front: deliverables, fixed price, and timeline in plain English.
- Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is built, with no surprise costs.
A closer look: what a dashboard build includes
- Connect the data. Spreadsheets, POS, booking tools, forms, or your database, wired in so numbers update automatically instead of by hand.
- Pick the few numbers that matter. I cut the list to the handful of numbers you run the business on.
- Charts, totals, and alerts. Clean visuals plus thresholds that flag you when something needs attention: low stock, an overdue invoice, a slow week.
- A phone-first view. Built to read on the phone you check the business from.
- Roles and handoff. Who sees what, and a short walkthrough so you and your team can run it without me.
