Important note
Last updated: October 25, 2026.
This page is not legal advice. It is a plain-English public policy page for Omerica Studios. Every client project should still be governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written contract. If there is a conflict between this page and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
No public webpage can guarantee complete protection from every legal, business, financial, technical, security, or regulatory risk. Clients and Omerica Studios should use written scope, written approvals, documented change requests, and attorney-reviewed contracts for serious engagements.
Website terms of use
This website is provided for general information about Omerica Studios and its services. By using this website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt to break or access systems without permission, copy protected content without permission, submit false or unlawful information, or interfere with normal site operation.
All website content, branding, design, copy, images, and examples are provided for informational and promotional purposes. Omerica Studios may update, remove, or change site content at any time without notice.
Interactive demos, safety, and who may use this site
What the demos are. This site publishes interactive 3D worlds, simulators, dashboards, calculators, and sample applications. They are illustrations of what Omerica Studios can build. They run on sample, synthetic, or anonymized data, they are not live business systems, and no result, number, price, estimate, or output shown in them should be relied on for any real decision.
Flashing, moving light, and photosensitivity. Some pages render animated 3D graphics with camera motion, moving light, reflections, and changing contrast. A small number of people can experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or visual patterns, including people with no history of seizures or epilepsy. Omerica Studios designs this site to avoid content that flashes more than three times in any one second, the general threshold in WCAG 2.3.1, but makes no guarantee that any page, browser, device, or setting is safe for any particular person. If you or anyone in your household has a seizure disorder or is photosensitive, consult a doctor before using the interactive pages. Stop using the site immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, or convulsions.
Motion discomfort and comfort limits. First-person movement, camera motion, and 3D depth can cause motion sickness, nausea, disorientation, headache, or eye strain. Use these pages seated, in a well-lit room, at a comfortable distance, and take regular breaks. Stop if you begin to feel unwell. Do not use the interactive pages while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that requires your attention.
Not intended for children. This website is a business site for business owners. It is not directed to children, it is not designed or marketed for children, and Omerica Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this site, contact us and it will be deleted. A child who uses an interactive demo should do so only with adult supervision, and the supervising adult is responsible for that use.
Your responsibility for your own use and for others. Use of this website and its interactive demos is voluntary and at your own choice. You are responsible for your device, your settings, your surroundings, and for anyone you allow to use the site through your device or account, including household members, employees, and guests. Do not use any demo in a way that could put you or anyone else at risk of injury.
No professional advice. Nothing on this site, and nothing produced by any demo, calculator, estimator, or AI feature, is legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, employment, insurance, or regulatory advice. Verify anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.
AI-assisted content. Parts of this website, its demos, and its written content are built or drafted with AI assistance. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or entirely fabricated, and can be confidently wrong. A human reviews published material, but errors can remain. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, personal health, payment, or account information into any demo, input box, or AI feature on this site. See the AI use disclosure for how AI is used in client work.
Third-party sites and tools. Some links and demos point to third-party websites, products, or services that Omerica Studios does not control. Their content, availability, security, pricing, and privacy practices are their own responsibility, not ours, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limits of liability, and what is not limited. The website and its demos are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omerica Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from use of this website or its demos. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing on this page limits any right you have under New Jersey law or the law of your home state that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
Accessibility and comfort settings. If a page’s motion, contrast, or animation causes you difficulty, or your device is set to reduce motion and a page does not respect it, tell us at the address under Contact and we will address it. See Accessibility.
This section is a plain-English safety and use notice, not legal advice, and does not replace an attorney-reviewed agreement for any engagement.
Service disclaimer
Omerica Studios provides custom software development, websites, web applications, dashboards, workflow automation, client portals, business tooling, and related strategy or implementation services. The exact services, deliverables, timeline, fees, dependencies, and responsibilities for any project must be stated in a written scope or agreement.
Omerica Studios does not guarantee business results, revenue, profit, lead volume, search rankings, conversion rates, platform approval, legal compliance, tax treatment, funding outcomes, or customer behavior. Business outcomes depend on client operations, offer quality, market conditions, traffic, follow-up, pricing, competition, staffing, and other factors outside Omerica Studios' control.
Contracting standards
For professional software work, Omerica Studios aims to use written project documents before work begins. A proper project agreement should define:
- Scope, deliverables, and what is not included.
- Project milestones, review points, and acceptance criteria.
- Payment terms, deposit, late fees, refund limits, and pause rights.
- Client responsibilities, approvals, access, content, data, and deadlines.
- Change request process and pricing for out-of-scope work.
- Ownership, licensing, reusable code, third-party tools, and portfolio rights.
- Warranty period, support terms, hosting, maintenance, and security responsibilities.
- Liability limits, indemnity, confidentiality, termination, and dispute process.
No work should be treated as accepted, transferred, supported indefinitely, or included beyond the written scope unless Omerica Studios confirms it in writing.
Pricing, estimates, and scope changes
Prices shown on the website are general starting points, founding-client planning ranges, and non-binding estimates. They are not guaranteed quotes. Final pricing depends on scope, technical complexity, data migration, integrations, deadlines, design depth, testing needs, third-party platforms, security requirements, support expectations, and whether the client provides required content and access on time.
Fixed-price projects are based only on the written scope. New features, changed requirements, additional revisions, delayed client feedback, new integrations, data cleanup, content changes, emergency requests, or work outside the signed scope may require a separate quote, change order, hourly billing, or new agreement.
Hourly work may be used for consulting, troubleshooting, support, maintenance, change requests, technical cleanup, or open-ended tasks that cannot be responsibly scoped as a fixed-price build.
Payments, refunds and cancellations. Deposits, payment schedules, refunds and cancellation terms for client work are set in each signed proposal or agreement, and those written terms control. Online invoice payments are handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. If you think you were charged in error or charged twice, email the address under Contact with the invoice number. We will look into it promptly and refund any charge made in error.
Starter pricing does not automatically include
- Copywriting, full brand strategy, logo design, or advanced graphic design.
- Paid hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, stock assets, software subscriptions, or platform fees.
- Advanced SEO, advertising, social media management, or ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, backups, emergency support, or security services after launch.
- Large feature changes, new pages, new integrations, or redesigns after approval.
- Legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity, privacy, or regulated-industry compliance advice.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, required access, brand assets, content, data, licenses, third-party account permissions, and any legal or industry-specific requirements that apply to their business.
Clients are responsible for making sure their own business operations, offers, claims, advertising, customer communications, privacy practices, employment practices, regulated industry requirements, and data handling comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Omerica Studios can help implement requested features, but does not replace the client's attorney, accountant, compliance officer, cybersecurity team, or business advisor.
Ownership, intellectual property, and third-party tools
Ownership and licensing are controlled by the signed project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Omerica Studios may retain ownership of pre-existing materials, reusable code, internal tools, templates, methods, know-how, design systems, workflows, libraries, and general development techniques used to create client deliverables.
Clients generally receive rights to the final deliverables described in the written scope after full payment, subject to any third-party licenses, platform terms, open-source licenses, hosting rules, stock asset terms, and reusable components described in the agreement.
Third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, payment processors, email tools, databases, APIs, AI tools, CRMs, app stores, or SaaS platforms are controlled by their own terms, pricing, uptime, security, and policy decisions. Omerica Studios is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, account suspensions, policy changes, API changes, or platform decisions outside its control.
Support, maintenance, security, and warranty limits
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, ongoing support, hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, feature updates, bug fixes after the warranty period, platform updates, dependency updates, and emergency response are not included automatically after launch.
Software can contain bugs, and websites or applications may be affected by browser changes, platform updates, hosting incidents, user error, third-party failures, malicious activity, or changes requested after launch. Any warranty, support window, or response time must be stated in writing.
Security is a shared responsibility. Clients must protect passwords, accounts, payment tools, customer data, admin access, and third-party systems. Omerica Studios can build reasonable safeguards within scope, but does not guarantee that any website, application, account, or system is immune from attack, downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access.
Reporting a security problem. If you think you have found a security weakness in this website or the client portal, email omer@halalhelper.com with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, do not run tests that could slow down or disrupt the site, and give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before telling anyone else. The same contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
Privacy notice
Effective date. This notice is effective as of October 25, 2026.
Who is responsible. This website is run by Halal Helper LLC d/b/a Omerica Studios in Clifton, New Jersey (“Omerica Studios”, “we”). Privacy questions and requests go to the address under Contact. This notice covers omericastudios.com and the demos hosted on it. Apps hosted on their own addresses have their own notices.
What you send us. When you use the contact, intake or booking forms we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, business name, the service you are interested in, budget, timeline, preferred call time, your message and any project details you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive information through these forms.
How we use it. To reply to you, scope and price work, schedule calls, deliver and invoice projects, keep business, tax and legal records, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored, and who else processes it. Our website host, Netlify, runs this site on servers in the United States. Form submissions are stored in the site’s own database at Netlify and also in Netlify Forms, which keeps its own copy. When email notifications are turned on, a copy of an enquiry is sent to us through an email service provider. If you pay an invoice online, Stripe handles the payment on its own checkout page: we never see or store your card details; we send Stripe your email address, the invoice amount and number and the project name, and we record only that the invoice was paid and when. Each of these providers processes information under its own terms.
Other disclosures. We may also share information with professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, with authorities when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights, and with a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized, who must honor this notice.
The owner’s AI assistant. The owner’s private console, which visitors cannot reach, includes an assistant that uses Google’s Gemini API. When the owner uses it, a request can include recent enquiry details (date, name, business, requested service and status), client account names or email addresses, internal task details and, when it helps organize incoming email, the sender’s name and email address, the subject line and the text of the message. No visitor-facing page on this site sends what you type to an AI service. Details are in the AI use disclosure.
Visit counting. On the main pages and the free tools, our own counter adds up, per day, which pages are viewed, the labels of the links and buttons that are clicked (not who clicked them) and page-speed measurements. These counts contain no cookies, browser details, referrer or visitor ID. The counter does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We use no third-party analytics or advertising tools.
IP addresses and abuse protection. To limit how often the forms, sign-in and visit counter can be used, the site works with your IP address. It keeps a record under a hash of the address rather than the plain address. Some older records may still hold the address itself. These records are not deleted automatically at present. Our host also records IP addresses in its request logs (see Data retention).
Cookies and storage in your browser. Our own code sets no cookies. Some pages keep information in your browser so they work: a client portal sign-in lasts only while the browser tab is open (session storage); the free tools keep your entries on your device (local storage) and do not send them to us; 3D pages remember view settings and that you have seen the safety notice. You can clear all of this in your browser settings.
Google sign-in and Stripe. The client portal sign-in page loads Google’s sign-in script, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when that page opens and may set its own cookies, even if you do not use it. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google confirms who you are and we receive your Google email address and name. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.
Client portal. Portal accounts are created for clients. For an account we keep your email address, name, business name, a password stored only as a salted hash, the date and version of the terms you accepted, and your project records: milestones, messages, files you upload, invoices and an optional profile picture.
Maps and other content from outside services. Some demos show an interactive map or terrain. To draw it, your browser asks outside services for map images or data as you move around, and those services receive your IP address, your browser type and the area you are viewing. Omerica Studios does not receive or store those requests. Each demo names the services it uses in its own credits, and the full list is on the licenses page. The Bridge Repair Lab keeps your scenario in your browser tab and sends nothing you enter to Omerica Studios; its street map stays off until you turn it on.
Portfolio demos. Demos are illustrations. Where a real tool holds private, client, financial or operational data, the public version uses changed names and sample data. Do not enter real personal or business information into a demo.
Camera and microphone. Pages on omericastudios.com cannot turn on your camera or microphone; the site tells your browser to block both. Builds that use a camera or microphone run on their own addresses and explain there what they do with the picture or sound.
Children. This site is not directed to children, and our forms do not ask for age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security. Access to client and owner data requires sign-in, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Your choices and rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to see it, to get a copy in a portable format, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the address under Contact, and include the email address or phone number you used with us so we can find your records. We may ask for a little more information to confirm that the request comes from you, and someone you authorize in writing can make a request for you. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and finish within 45 more. We may keep records we need for tax, accounting, legal or security reasons, and we will tell you if we do. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
No sale, no targeted advertising, no profiling. We do not sell personal information, we do not use or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that leads to decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about anyone. That includes anyone we know to be under 17. You can still ask us in writing not to use your information for any of these purposes, and we will record the request. Our visit counter switches itself off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Appeals. If we decline all or part of a privacy request, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to our answer with the word “Appeal”. Within 45 days we will tell you in writing what we decided and why. If we deny your appeal, our answer will also tell you how to file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. If you live in another state, you can contact your state attorney general.
Changes. When this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a change is material, for example a new use of your information, we will say so at the top of this page before it takes effect, and we will not use information we already hold in a materially different way without your consent.
AI use disclosure
How this site is made. Omerica Studios builds with AI assistance. Code, text and some images on this site and in its demos were drafted or generated with AI tools and then reviewed by a person. Errors can remain, so check anything important before you rely on it. Some illustrations were made with AI image tools, and AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright.
AI on this site. No visitor-facing page on this site sends what you type to an AI service. Demos that look like assistants, predictions or detectors are scripted or use sample data, and are labelled as samples. A staff-console demo can talk to an AI model that is already running on your own computer; those requests stay on your device.
The owner’s private assistant. The owner’s console, which visitors cannot reach, includes an assistant that uses Google’s Gemini API. When the owner uses it, a request can include recent enquiry details (date, name, business, requested service and status), client account names or email addresses, and internal task details; the car-service demo console can send that demo’s trip and client details. Google processes these requests under the Gemini API terms that apply to our account. Omerica Studios does not use your submissions to train AI models. The assistant proposes actions, and nothing changes until the owner approves it.
Incoming email. The same assistant may help the owner organize incoming email sent to our addresses, including email about our other sites, such as njplaybook.com. A request can then include the sender’s name and email address, the subject line and the text of the message. We use the paid tier of the Gemini API. Google’s terms for paid use say that Google does not use those requests to improve its products, and that it keeps them for a limited time to detect misuse and for legal reasons. As with everything else the assistant does, it only proposes; the owner reads and decides.
AI output can be wrong. It can be incomplete, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and it may differ between runs on the same input. Review anything an AI feature produces before you rely on it, and never treat it as legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, safety, or other professional advice. A person should stay responsible for any decision that carries real consequences.
AI in client projects. Where a delivered project includes AI features, the project agreement names the providers, what data they receive, and whether they may keep it or use it for training. Some tools run entirely on the client’s own hardware and send nothing to an outside provider. For commercial deliveries we install only models whose licenses allow commercial use; research-only and non-commercial models are not installed.
Honest labels. Omerica Studios does not present AI output as human-made work and does not claim an AI feature is more accurate, more autonomous, or more capable than it is. Scripted demonstrations and sample data are labelled as such.
Data retention
Enquiries. Contact, intake and booking submissions in the site’s database are set to be removed automatically after about 24 months; the clean-up runs when new enquiries arrive. Netlify Forms keeps its own copy, and notification emails stay in our mailbox, until we delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Client portal accounts. Kept while you are a client. If you ask us to close your account, we delete the account, your project workspace and your uploaded files from the site’s database. Your original enquiry, form copies, emails and payment records are separate; ask if you want those deleted too, and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Project files and credentials. Project files, credentials and client data supplied for a build are held for the life of the engagement and afterwards as the project agreement says. Access credentials a client shares should be rotated by the client when an engagement ends.
Visit counts and abuse protection. Daily visit counts contain no personal information and are kept. The hashed IP address records used to limit abuse are not deleted automatically at present.
Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps request and server logs, which include IP addresses, for the period its service sets.
To ask what is held about you, or to request correction or deletion, use the contact address below.
Dispute resolution
Talk first. Most problems are solved quickly and directly. Email the address below and allow thirty days to resolve the matter before taking any formal step.
If that does not resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms is to be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its rules in effect when the arbitration begins, including its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards where they apply, seated in New Jersey or conducted remotely, rather than in court. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
You and Omerica Studios each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class, collective, or representative action.
Thirty-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-waiver provision by emailing the address below within thirty days of first accepting these terms, with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out" and your name. Opting out affects nothing else in these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts of New Jersey have jurisdiction. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms continues to apply. A signed client agreement, where one exists, governs over this section for work performed under it.
Accessibility
Omerica Studios aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website, so it stays usable for people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, need larger text or zoom, or prefer reduced motion. Accessible practice is treated as part of building well rather than as an afterthought.
Every public page on this site was last tested on October 20, 2026 with automated WCAG 2.2 Level AA checks, and the problems found were fixed, including colour contrast, form labels, touch target sizes and page zoom. Automated checks cannot find every barrier, so reports from people who use the site are welcome. If you need anything on this site in another format, such as plain text by email, ask and we will provide it.
Portfolio demonstrations are experimental and vary. Some of them depend on a camera, a microphone, pointer precision, colour perception, or sustained attention, and those will not suit every visitor. Where a demonstration has an accessible alternative, it is offered inside that demonstration.
If any part of this site or a delivered project is difficult to use with your assistive technology, email the address below with the page and the barrier you hit. Reports get a reply and a fix where a fix is possible.
