1 · Wellness disclaimer

Asha offers complementary wellbeing services · Reiki, intuitive healing, talk support, breathwork, tarot reflection, massage, facials, creative workshops, digital resources and mentorship ("the Services").

• The Services support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and spiritual growth. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or clinical mental health care, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
• Never delay, stop or change treatment prescribed by a doctor or mental-health professional because of anything experienced in a session, guide or digital product.
• If you are in crisis or someone is in danger, contact your doctor, your nearest emergency room, or a mental-health crisis helpline right away.
• Breathwork and bodywork carry natural physical sensitivity: practise seated or lying down, stop if you feel dizzy or unwell, and tell Asha about any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy before a session.
• Tarot and intuitive guidance are offered for reflection and self-connection only · not as financial, legal, medical or life-decision advice.

2 · Terms of service

Bookings

• Session, event and mentorship requests are invitations to talk · a booking exists only once Asha confirms it with you personally (usually on WhatsApp).
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a confirmed session so the space can be offered to someone else. Repeated late cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings.
• Sip & Colour events require a minimum of 4 guests; the date is held once details are confirmed and any agreed deposit is received.

Mentorship

• The Embodied Self 1:1 mentorship is by application and mutual agreement. Its schedule, inclusions and payment plan are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before it begins.

Your part

• You confirm you are 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian's consent · including for ADHD Healing for Kids sessions, which always involve the parent).
• You agree to share relevant health information honestly before bodywork or breathwork, and to treat the space · physical or online · with care and respect.

Liability

• To the fullest extent South African law allows, Asha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

This website

• All content · words, images, guides, the Colour Your Soul materials and mandala designs · belongs to Asha. Personal use is warmly welcomed; republishing or reselling is not permitted without written consent.

3 · Payments & refunds

• Sessions & events: payment details (card link, EFT or PayPal) are shared once your booking is confirmed. Prices are shown in South African Rand; approximate USD prices are offered for international clients.
• Digital products (Colour Your Soul Reset, Return To Self Masterclass, Mandala PDFs) are delivered personally by email or WhatsApp after payment · usually within a few hours, always the same day.
• Digital refunds: because digital products can't be returned, all sales are final once delivered · except if a file is faulty or you were charged twice, in which case it will be fixed or refunded in full, no questions.
• Session refunds: if Asha must cancel and you've pre-paid, you choose a full refund or a rebooking. Cooling-off rights under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply where the law provides them.
• Payments are processed by independent providers (e.g. Peach Payments, PayFast, PayPal). Card details go directly to them · this website never sees or stores card numbers.

4 · Privacy policy (POPIA)

This practice honours the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Responsible party: Asha, Sandton, South Africa · hello@example.com.

What is collected, and why

• Contact & booking details (name, email, WhatsApp number, which offering you're interested in, your message) · used only to reply to you and arrange what you asked for.
• Intake answers you choose to share before a session · used only to prepare for and hold your session safely.
• Client-portal sign-ups · used so Asha knows who has joined and can welcome and support you.
• No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no selling or renting of your information. Ever.

Where it lives

• Form submissions and sign-ups are stored securely with this site's hosting provider (Netlify) and are visible only to Asha through a password-protected admin area.
• WhatsApp and email conversations live in those services under their own terms.
• Sensitive wellbeing details you share are treated as confidential and are never published or shared, except where the law requires or to protect someone from serious harm.

Your rights

• You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information held about you · one WhatsApp or email is enough, and it will be honoured promptly.
• Complaints may be directed to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforeg.org.za) · though please reach out first; almost anything can be resolved with a kind conversation.
