01PurposeWhy this exists+

You stop renting your AI and start owning it. Today every AI tool you touch is a meter that somebody else controls: per person, per month, per word, forever, and the bill grows the more useful it becomes.

This is one computer that sits in your office. It reads your own contracts, invoices and paperwork, answers questions about them, pulls fields into spreadsheets, and drafts replies. You pay once for the machine and the setup. There is no key, no account, and no meter. It keeps working with the internet unplugged, and whatever it produces is yours, including to resell.

Renting

  • The price can go up and your options are pay it or rebuild.
  • The model can be retired. The one your process was built around gets deprecated.
  • The terms can change, including what you may do with the output.
  • Access can be cut for a policy call, a billing fault, or an outage.
  • The bill grows with success.

Owning

  • Open-weight models, checked model by model. Every installed model is named with its license in your handover pack, before delivery.
  • Commercial use, no royalty, no revenue share. The standard language and embedding models are Apache 2.0. Anything that is not is named, and licensed or swapped, before a commercial install.
  • Output is yours, including to put in your own product, bill for, or sell.
  • Your copy keeps working. Nobody can deprecate the machine on your desk.
  • Heavy use costs nothing extra. It is electricity.
02Four ways to run itPick your build+

Same engine, four deployments. Every one keeps your documents on hardware you control; they differ in who it fits and in what, if anything, stays metered. Each button loads that build into the simulator above.

Sole owner

Everything in the room

  • One business, one machine, every model and every document on hardware you own.
  • Meter: $0.00, forever. Works with the internet unplugged.
  • Fits the Office and Sensitive tiers below.

Hybrid

Local first, cloud when you choose

  • Documents and daily jobs stay on your machine at $0.00.
  • One fiber line and one API key for the jobs you flag to a rented frontier model. The cloud half is a meter: priced per word by the provider, capped per job by you.
  • Cloud output follows the provider's terms; local output is yours outright. Unplug the fiber and the local half never notices.

Desk unit

The starter, one to three people

  • Your existing Mac or one small box on the bench.
  • The same three models our shipped app runs, about 6 GB together. The language and embedding models are Apache 2.0; the small vision model ships under a research license and is licensed or swapped before a commercial install.
  • Desk tier: $1,500 setup, then $250 a month.

Office server

The whole office on one owned box

  • One 96 GB machine serves every desk over the LAN, through the switch.
  • Up to fifteen people, $0 per seat. Adding a seat is plugging in a laptop.
  • Office tier: $3,500 setup, then $500 a month, machine at cost.
03What it doesFour jobs+

All four run on your own paperwork, on the machine, with nothing uploaded.

Ask

Questions about your documents

Drop in contracts, invoices and SOPs. Answers arrive with the passage they came from printed underneath, so a wrong answer is visible instead of convincing.

Read

Scans, photos, voicemail

A photographed invoice is read by OCR. A voicemail or meeting is transcribed. Both on the machine, not at a service.

Pull

Paperwork into a spreadsheet

Name the fields, get a table and a CSV. A field that genuinely is not in the document comes back empty rather than invented.

Draft

Replies, then checked

Paste what a customer sent, add what is true this week, get a draft. A second pass flags any sentence your own facts do not support.

04Why 96 gigabytesThe one constraint+

A model has to fit in memory to run. That single constraint decides whether an AI sits under your desk or needs a data centre and a monthly bill.

The shipped set, three modelsAs installed and verified on our own machine
~6 GB
A 96 GB class open modelThe largest one card holds whole
~96 GB
Frontier-scale open modelsWeights larger than any one card
1 TB+

One card holds 96 GB. The first two fit. The third class needs a rack of cards, six figures in silicon before the rest of the room, priced off the same $13,250-a-card list we verified. So we do not sell you the third one.

05What it costsThree sizes+

We do not make money on the machine. Computer prices move, so we buy at cost, show you the invoice, and charge for the work instead. The monthly figure is a support plan, not an AI meter: cancel it any time and the machine keeps working.

Desk

$1,500then $250 a month, support, cancel anytime

Runs on a Mac you already own: no new hardware. One to three people.

Office

$3,500then $500 a month, support, cancel anytime

Shared box, 96GB, up to fifteen people. Training included. Plus hardware at cost, invoice shown: the 96 GB card alone is $13,250 at NVIDIA list, other parts priced on order day.

Sensitive

$6,000then $750 a month, support, cancel anytime

The same workstation, hardened: disk encryption, real logins, an off-machine backup, and a written data-handling statement. Same hardware at cost as Office.

The machine is billed at cost, invoice shown. The 96 GB card alone is $13,250 at NVIDIA list, verified 1 August 2026, so the Office and Sensitive builds land in the low five figures before the setup fee. The Desk tier needs no new hardware if you already run a capable Mac. Hybrid is quoted per install: your tier's machine, plus a metered cloud line you cap per job.

06SecurityHonestly+

Private is not the same as safe. Both matter, and anyone telling you the first gives you the second is selling.

Handled by design

  • In the owned builds, nothing is transmitted. No account, no key, no address to send to. The hybrid build sends only the job you approve, to a provider you chose, capped.
  • Your documents train nothing. Indexed for search, used for nothing else.
  • Nothing is open to the internet. No incoming connections.
  • Answers show their source, so a wrong one is visible.

Set up with you

  • Full disk encryption on before handover.
  • A real login, and a talk about who should have one.
  • A backup that is not the same machine.
  • One page written down: what is on it, who can reach it, what to do if it walks.

What we will not claim

Running on your own machine helps considerably with confidentiality duties. It does not by itself make you compliant with HIPAA, GLBA, CJIS or any other regime. Compliance covers your whole operation, not one computer. We will document how this piece works for your auditor, and we will not pretend the box is a certificate.

07Terms and disclaimerRead before buying+

The AI can be wrong

It can misread a document or state something confidently that is not in your file. That is why answers cite their passage and drafts are checked. Output is a draft for a person to review, never a final document and never a decision made for you.

Not professional advice

Nothing it produces is legal, tax, accounting, medical, insurance or investment advice, and neither is anything we say while setting it up. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm or a licensed advisor.

Your data stays yours

We claim no ownership and no license over anything you load in. We do not copy documents out, do not retain them after an engagement, and they never train any model. We will sign a confidentiality agreement if you want one on paper.

Hardware and its warranty

Bought in your name at cost, invoice shown. The warranty is the manufacturer's and we help you use it, but we do not underwrite it. Prices are quoted on the order date because that market moves weekly.

What you look after

After handover: physical access, who holds a login, keeping the backup running, and telling us if it is lost. Most real exposure is somebody sitting down at an unlocked keyboard.

Compliance

Keeping data on your own machine helps with confidentiality duties. It does not by itself make you compliant with any regime, and we do not certify compliance.

Support, and leaving

The monthly fee covers updates, new document types, and someone to call in business hours. It is not a guaranteed response time unless written into your agreement. Stop the support and the software keeps working.

The models

Only models whose licenses permit your commercial use of the output are installed. We tell you which models are installed and under which license, before delivery. We are not their authors and do not warrant their output.

Limit of liability

So far as the law allows, our liability for any claim from this service is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We load your paperwork. You ask it something only your files can answer.

It answers, and shows you the exact paragraph it read. Then we pull the network cable out of the wall and you ask it another one.

Prices are starting prices for the work described, not a fixed quote. A written scope and quote is issued before any engagement and governs.
