Executive Car Service · Client Portal
How your portal works
Your portal is your private window into your project with Executive Car Service - status, files, invoices, and a direct line to Executive Car Service, all in one place.
Signing in
- Your portal lives at this site's /portal/ page - bookmark it.
- First time? Choose Create account, use your email, and pick a password (6+ characters).
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen - you'll get a secure one-hour reset link, or Executive Car Service can reset it for you.
What each area does
- Overview - your project status, progress, and key numbers at a glance.
- Milestones - the exact steps your project moves through, with an approve button when a step needs your sign-off.
- Files - every document, preview, and final deliverable shared with you.
- Invoices - clear billing. Nothing is charged before you approve a scope.
- Messages - one thread, straight to Executive Car Service. Real replies, no bots.
- Request work - need something new? Send the rough idea and it becomes a clear, scoped request.
Are you a chauffeur?
- Sign in on the same /portal/ page with the login the office created for you, and you'll land on your own driver screen automatically.
- You see only your assigned trips, never other drivers' schedules or the company's books.
- The Share my location switch puts your live pin on the office dispatch map (updated about every 20 seconds). Keep that page open during a trip; flip the switch off and the pin disappears.
- Locked out? Call the office; they can reset your password in seconds.
One important rule
Please never put Social Security numbers, full card or bank numbers, passwords, or photos of ID documents in portal messages.
Messages are stored as plain text so the thread stays fast and simple. For anything that sensitive, call (555) 000-0000 instead - it never needs to be typed into the portal.
Need help?
Reach Executive Car Service at reservations@your-limo.example or call (555) 000-0000 - you'll reach the person who actually handles your project.
